when will i get paid?

You will get paid every month for all sales that have gone beyond the refund window. 

my customer upgraded their plan (or bought something else in the academy) will i get commission?

Yeah, you get commission on any training* they purchase within the Academy. *excludes non training such as software sales or consulting.
