Tracy has a great energy and learning from her was a really fun experience.
We definitely suffer from what Tracy called Teams Over-Adoption (yes, it's a thing). We've got more channels and chats than we know what to do with and were largely just treating Teams like a dumping ground.
Putting stuff into one channel files tab and then finding it later was one of our biggest challenges. Even if you attend ONLY to find out about strategies to solve this one issue...in my opinion it's money well spent.
Getting ideas around how to remove severe duplication and a frustrated team suffering from overload was really important to me.
Tracy definitely delivered. Turns out, we weren't alone. Companies of all shapes and sizes are struggling to work out how to use tools (like Teams, OneNote, Planner, OneDrive) to communicate and collaborate effectively!
