    Thoughts from the Collab365 Team:

"You rarely need to pay for extra 3rd party tools to meet your general business and project management needs"

As a long time Project Manager who has generally worked in Microsoft technologies and has always been a user of Microsoft technologies, my experience has taught me two things:

    • Firstly, 3rd party tools rarely fix your problems with process or project management. People, process and effective Project Management do that!
    • Secondly, in the main, the things you like about the 3rd Party tools can be achieved using the Microsoft 365 tools you already have and with no extra cost. Sometimes all you need is creative thinking, guidance and a nudge in the right direction.

You may not realise it, but you don't have to be a Developer or technical person to create a great project management environment using Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft 365. These tools you already have can do so much more than just meetings, chat and file storage.
