PART 1: THE ENGINE
To follow the tutorial above and install the "Inbox Zero" automation, you need an active Jace account. Important: Use the link below to ensure you are on the correct configuration for our student protocols.
PART 2: THE PROTOCOL
Go to Settings > General > Custom Instructions inside Jace and paste this code block exactly as it is written. This tells the AI to behave according to the Inbox Zero principles we taught you. And some other blurb.
My Operational Protocol: "Inbox Zero Strict"
1. TRIAGE: Aggressively label marketing, newsletters, and receipts as "Promotions." My goal is to only see human-to-human mail in my "Needs Reply" view.
2. DRAFTING: When I ask to "Draft," do not use fluff. Be concise, professional, and direct. Use my calendar to propose specific times.
3. GATEKEEPER: If an email is a cold sales pitch, label it "Sales" and auto-archive it. Do not show it to me.
Blurb to say in the video:
0:00 – The "Manual" Problem (The Hook) "Hi everyone. If you’re watching this, you probably bought our Inbox Zero training. You know the logic: Delete, Delegate, Respond. You know you should move emails out of the inbox and into a 'Respond' folder.
But let’s be honest. Doing that manually is exhausting.
Dragging 50 emails into folders every morning isn't 'productivity.' It’s chores. And because it's boring, most people stop doing it.
So today, I’m going to show you the shortcut. I’m going to show you how to take the entire Inbox Zero course and automate it using an AI tool called Jace."
1:00 – The "Magic" Demo (The Desire) (Screen share your Jace interface. Show it clean and fast.)
"This is Jace. It’s not just an email client; it’s a Chief of Staff.
Remember how we taught you to create a 'Respond' folder? Look at this. Jace scans my email and automatically pulls every question, client request, and task into this view called 'Needs Reply.' I didn't drag anything. The AI just knew.
Remember the '2-Minute Rule'? If you can do it fast, do it now? Watch this. (Open an email asking for a meeting) I’m not going to type a reply. I’m just going to hit Command-K and type: 'Agree and offer Tuesday slots.' (Watch Jace write the email) Boom. Sent. That took 4 seconds."
2:30 – The "Trap" (The Signup) (Switch camera back to your face. Look serious.)
"Now, I want to set this up on your computer right now. We are going to install the 'Inbox Zero' logic into Jace so it acts exactly like our training.
I want you to pause this video right now.
Seriously, pause it. Scroll down to the button below this video that says 'Click Here to Start Your Trial.'
Click that, create your account, and connect your Outlook or Gmail. It won’t delete your emails, it just layers on top.
Go do that, then come back and hit play. I’ll wait right here."
(Stay silent and stare at the camera for 5 full seconds. Do not cut this. Make it awkward so they actually pause.)
3:00 – The "Secret Sauce" (The Lock-In) "Okay, you’re back? You’ve got Jace open? Great.
Now we need to make the AI smart. We need to teach it our methodology so it doesn't just act like a generic robot.
Scroll down below the button you just clicked. You’ll see a grey box called the 'Chief of Staff System Prompt.'
Copy that text.
Now, go into Jace. Click on Settings, then General, then Custom Instructions.
Paste that text in there.
This tells Jace: 'I am an Inbox Zero student. Filter my newsletters aggressively. Keep my replies short.'
Once you save that... you’re done. You have successfully automated the course."
4:00 – The Conclusion "You now have the discipline of Inbox Zero with the speed of AI. You don't need to organize your email anymore—you just need to direct it.
Welcome to the fast lane."
Why this converts:
- The "System Prompt" creates Fear of Missing Out (FOMO): They believe that if they just Google "Jace," they won't get the "Inbox Zero Strict" code block, and the tool won't work right. They need your page to copy/paste it.
- The "Pause" Strategy: By telling them to pause and sign up before you give them the prompt, you force the conversion while their motivation is highest.
- Validation: You aren't saying the course was a waste of time; you're saying Jace is the "Automation" of the course principles.
